Congratulations to Meredith Levorson for winning a bronze medal in the 200 m Backstroke in a time of 2:32.24. Congratulations to Zac Benn for finishing 7th in the Boys 11 & under 200 m Backstroke final in a personal best time of 2:49.05. Congratulations to Meredith Levorson for coming 5th in the Girls 13 year olds 400 m IM in a personal best time of 5:31.34, making her 13 year olds LC Age Group Nationals Time Standard. Congratulations to Kiah Lee for coming 7th in the Girls 14 year Olds 400 m IM in a time of 5:28.00.
Congratulations to Jade Freeman for swimming a personal best time of 2:49.68 in the 200 m Backstroke, Zac Benn for swimming a personal best time of 33.84 in the 50 m Freestyle, Florian Terpstra for swimming a personal best time of 4:54.85 in the 400 m IM, making the LC 17-18 year olds Age Group National Time Standard and the 17 & over LC Western Time Standard, Joshua Phillips for swimming a personal best time of 5:04.85 in the 400 m IM, Samuel Grenier for swimming a personal best time of 5:07.29 in the 400 m IM. Way to go Kokanees!
