Joe and Sarah had a great end of the meet. On day 3 (Friday), Sarah had a great 100 fly making it a best time while Joe went a best time in the 200 back and was second alternate (again). On day four (Saturday) Sarah went a solid time in the 200 IM while Joe went a best time by 2 seconds in the prelims which put him in the C finals. He went 2:08.99 (another best time) and finished in 3rd place in that C final.
This meet finished the season on a good note for Sarah, she is going to the university of British Columbia in September and we wish her a great year.
Joe will join the Jr National team in Santa-Clara on Tuesday to participate in the NACC (North American Challenge Cup) against Mexico, California and Washington state.
Also congratulations to Kierra Smith and David Dimitrov for making the Jr Pan Pacifique team. They swim with LLSC (Westbank) with Emil and trained with us this summer.
