Today is the 2nd day for the VKSC swimmers to compete at the Canada Cup at UBC Aquatic Centre in Vancouver.
What a great experience to swim with Ryan Lochte and Elizabeth Beisel.
To swim down the swimmers have to go to the outdoor pool.

What an excitement in Kelowna. Zac Benn (200 m Butterfly 2:30.35) and Regan Peace (200 m Backstroke 2:27.94)
both swam their 1st Age Group National Time Standard.
To be eligible to participate at Age Group Nationals in Montreal July 24-29, 2013 you need to have 3 time standards.
Way to go boys! This is just the beginning.

100 m Butter fly (1:08.65), 200 m IM (2:35.82) and the 200 m Butterfly (2:33.79).

On Sunday April 14, 2013 the Vernon Kokanee Swim Club did organize their annual VKSC Spring Jamboree. 3 swimmers
did swim faster than 4 minutes in the 200 m IM.
Congratulations to Zachary Loland for swimming a PB of 3:50.79, Liam Williamson for swimming
a PB of 3:49.65 and Richard Harrison for swimming a PB of 3:48.36. Way to go boys!
This means that Zachary, Liam and Richard all qualify for the Kelowna Aqua Jets 2013 May Long Course Invitational
